The late teen were transitioning  into the 1920s garçon look. Dresses became loose and not fitted. Lawn is a form of cotton that is transparent but still has some stiffness to it. Squared neckline is enhanced by pulled lace. Pulled terminology is when the lace treads have been pulled out to form a pattern usually floral. Short sleeves has the lace trim. The waist is still in its normal position. The skirt is full and has 4 panels on it. Each panel has the waist with the lace inserts. Between the lace there are lines that are achieved by taken the fabric and folding it and then sewing it. The skirt itself is just the lawn cotton fabric. To get into this dress there are several snaps in the front and 3 large hooks and eyes at the waist. Measures as follows Shoulders 15, Sleeved 5, Armhole 8, Bust up to 36, Waist 28, Hips up to 40, Length 51 Excellent condition and washable by hand .
