Refund policy

All online jewelry and vintage items are final sale and non-refundable. For our other products we guarantee, if for any reason, you or the recipient are not fully satisfied with your order please call us at 203.869.5990 or email us at shop.sophias@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will promptly facilitate an exchange or make other arrangements. All inquiries made beyond the 48-hour window of receipt are not eligible for exchange. 

If you believe that your order is received damaged please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed.
