Holly Harp was inspired by all things vintage before there was a vintage industry. She started her business in 1968. Her boutique took off and eventually she went into the wholesale business catering to exclusive to higher end stores like Bergdorf and Neman Marcus. This silk pink chiffon dress has small bouquets of flowers printed on it.Three tiers are sewn on bias just like the early 1930s that this dress gets it’s inspiration from. Ved neckline and straight sleeves has an overlay over it. There is a long tie down the front and back that is just for decorative purposes. The lower tiers come in in a triangular pattern . The underneath is silk jersey . Measures as Follows Shoulders 15, Sleeves 22, Armhole 8, Bust 36, Waist 29, Hips 38, length 46 excellent condition
