Courréges was the king of The Avant Garde fashion in the 1960s. His designs were futuristic. This dress is an exact copy of one from his 1966 collection. They took the pattern from the archives and copied it to modern sizes.  The A line design has cap sleeves and a round neckline with  a small v. The stitched piping that starts at the collar and then goes underneath the bustis simple decorative. The pockets at the hips are faux. In the back there is a 12 inch band that has 2 buttons. Zips up the back for closure and one of the buttons does move so you can get to the zipper. Measures as follows Shoulders 14.5, Sleeves 4, Armhole 7.5, Bust 34, Waist 25, Hips 38, Length 32 Excellent condition never has been used and has the original tags with price tag of 1535.00 on it
