This is a signed Judith Ripka ring made of sterling silver and adorned with eight tiny sparkling diamonds  and an interesting purple gemstone.I am not familiar with the stone but it is not synthetic, and upon searching I found a similiar stone that seems to be it...Charoite.There are four larger diamonds and then four smaller ones interchanged  . I think the center stone may be some kind of purple agate or a stone called Charoite, but its for sure a real stone.The sterling bezel is very intricate and interesting and the diamonds  sparkel greatly.   The size of the ring is size 6.  Please email any questions you may have as I do not accept returns and describe everything as best as I can.
