This dress is fun and easy to wear. All you have to do is tie it on the inside fold it over and put the belt through the buckle. Ved neckline and sleeveless makes it perfect for summer, comes in at the waist and has a flared skirt. Tomato red base is covers with with white crosses, round discs and stars. Made by Janet Lynn a Philadelphia based company. Charles Noble bought the company in 1937 and renamed the it Janet Lynn after his granddaughter. Measures as follows Shoulders 14, Armhole 7, Bust 34, Waist 26, Hips 38, Length 35 excellent condition never worn. This dress was taken by Janet Lynn from the showroom when the company went out of business and stored
