The late 60s was all about color and prints  especially paisley and flower power. This dress has both the paisley and flower power in shades of pink, orange and yellow and a hint of brown. Angel wing sleeves and a round collars are so in fashion. The dress is easy to get into over the head and ties  at empire waist. The dress has such a flow to it it can be considered a Caftan.
