Mohair is made from the Angora goat, used for its luster and warmth. This coat is from the early 60s when Jackie Kennedy was the queen of fashion. Simple no fuss was the norm. This coat  has simple lines is slightly A line with a 3 button closure at the top. Most coat from this time had buttons at the top because they wanted to show the dress underneath and when you walked the movement of the coat would open.
