The top is cream lace which is appliquéd with small flower rosettes and then beaded with rhinestones and sequins given it a sparkle when under the light. Rounded neckline highlighted by the rosettes as well as the cap sleeves. The bodice has a slip style lining in silk. The ice blue silk skirt is tailored in an a line style made out of Shantung silk which gives the skirt texture and shine. Zips up the back for closure. Made by Nat Kaplan a New York based manufacturing and design firm started in 1935 by Nat Kaplan and in 1956 was taken over by his wife and son when Nat died.
