1970’s Halston Wool Rainbow Sweater Size 6

This sweater is from the early 70s when Halston added sweaters to his collection. He would have several separates that would work together. There are only 2 rainbow sweaters that is known so far. This one is the rarer of the two.. knitted in the finest stitch in Italy. The pattern was called kaleidoscope for it looked like something you see in the kaleidoscope. Double knitted round collar and fitted 3/4sleeves are the basic design. Fitted through the bodice to a flared hem. Halston’s sweaters were often worn with his ultra suede skirts or pants. Measures as follows Shoulders 14, Sleeves 22, Armhole 7, Bust Up to 36, Waist 26, Length 28 Excellent condition
