1970’s Valentino Silk Blouse with Chestnuts Size 6

Valentino has been in business for 65 years. His eye for perfection is well known. Italians are known for their tailoring and Valentino is no exception. This shirt is from the 70s with its wide collar and tapered sleeves. The way it gradually comes in at the waist and small pleats are the top of the shoulders shows master workmanship. The print is chestnuts and red flowers. Valentino is from Lombardy region of Italy where chestnuts are a big deal often roasted in the streets.
