1970s Ragtime Floral Printed Dress with Vest

Floral printed peasant dress with reversible vest was made by Ragtime a fashion company that catered to the Bohemian look of the 1970s. The floral pattern is done in pinks and greens  low rounded collar which is gathered in tiny pleats. Full peasant style top as well as the skirt. The vest is reversible one side is Marion velvet and the other matches the floral print of the dress with velvet slightly showing. There is a bow at the collar with the matching velvet as we’ll as 2 rows at the skirt. Measures as follows shoulders 15, Sleeves 12, Armhole 8, Bust 38, waist up to 32 has elastic, hips 42, length of dress 48, vest 14 elastic is loose at the waist
