Vertical micro cartilage pleats have 3 layers of separation, at the collar and 2 above the bust line. To the left of the rounded collar there are 4 buttons above the shoulder, that is how you can get into the blouse as well as a decorative element. The Angel wing sleeves add drama to the piece.
