Fashion is always evolving and changing Diane Von Fürstenberg had to do the same. This dress is an example of her changing designs. From the late 80s when the gothic look  which eventually became the grunge look. Made from polyester the loose fitting top has a low rolled round collar that looks like a fluted  pie crust. The short sleeves are rolled on the end. The skirt is pleated in different widths to give it a wavy pattern.the over skirt is also pleated in the same pattern but is sewn on the diagonal.  Measures as follows Shoulders 15, Bust 36, Sleeves 4, Armhole 8, Waist 28, Hips 38, Length 45 Excellent condition
