1980's Diane Freis Purple Polyester Chiffon Tiered /Floral Dress Size 8

Diane Freis is American Designer who business is in Hong Kong. Known for prints and oversized bodices. This floral top has a purple base with red roses and blue Chrysanthemums and green levee. Full leg of mutton sleeves are pleated down the sides . Vuluptuous top has a rounded collar. The print is beaded with glass beads and sequins. From the waist to the hips there are tiny cartilage pleats with some elastic to it. Skirt is layered in an handkerchief pattern.
