2000’s Navy Blue Rayon Lilly Pulitzer Maxi Dress Size 6

Lilly Pulitzer first business was a juice bar in Palm Beach. She had her seamstress make shift dresses in brightly printed cottons to hide the juice stains. People would go up to her and ask where she got those dresses. She started making the dresses and selling them and her fashion empire began. This is an unusual Lilly, not the print prints associated with Lilly. The dress is eyelet work which means the fabric is cut out in a pattern and then sewn. Daisies are the pattern of this dress with ovals in between the daisies.  The bodices looks like a button down shirt with  a collar and 3/4 sleeves. The end of the sleeve is elastic and has a bow on it. Does have a separate belt. The skirt is full and is long. The dress buttons all the way down the dress and has a built in slip.  Measures as follows Shoulders 15, Sleeves 18, Armhole 8, Bust up to 36, Hips 38 Length 58 Excellent condition was never worn has the original tags on it
