Description : Fabrice was a Haitian born American fashion designer who was also an artist. He is known for his intricate beading and somewhat over the top color combos. This red velvet topped cocktail dress is bugle beaded around the sweetheart collar and on the waist. It almost looks like a flower coming out of its leaves at the waist. Very fitted bodice, as well as the sleeve which has the beading at the wrist and collar. The short crepe skirt is stiffened with horse hair and Largely pleated. Zips up the back and sleeves zip as well. Shoulders 14in, sleeves 22in, armhole 7in, bust 36in, waist 26in, hips 38in, length 35in.
