Late 1970’s white Silk Blend Evening Dress with Navy Sash Size 4

At the end of the 70s sleeves began to enlarge into the gigot or leg of mutton sleeves. The the sleeves and the upper neckline are chiffon. The rounded collar is rolled and sewn . The full sleeves have a silk band at the end of the cuff.  The dress is a silk blend in cream with big circles in white,. The bodice is elongated to give it a 1920s style. There is a navy pleated sash the has a large bow in the back with long streamers below it. The skirt is full and has slight train. Measures as follows Shoulders 14, Sleeves 23, Armhole 7, Bust 34, Waist 24, Hips up to 40, Length 56 There is slight fading on the blue streamer which can be folded under. They’re is no zipper in this dress so it has to go over the head
