Description : Incredible in design, has a 1950s feel to it and  has yards of fabric making it ethereal .Skirt can be worn straight as is or with a petticoat. Three layers of tulle underneath, outer layer is nylon with scalloped sequin pattern. Measurements: waist 25in, hips max at 44in, length 46in, circumference 116in. The tulle skirt moves and feels like silk
