What a statement this hat will make!! From the late 1980s to early 90s. The hat has a round small base and the crown looks like it is twirled around and then flipped up and bent down on the left side. A large beaded piece is added in the front. The piece consists of gold and pearl small beads with black sequins. Unfortunately the hat has no label so we don’t know who made this treasure. Brim is 14 inches across and 9 inches on the highest point on the crown excellent condition
