1960s Christian Dior New York ,Turban with Raspberry/blk silk Flowers

Christian Dior name is known for style and elegance. This turban style hat was designed in the mid 1960s. Made from silk crepe pleated on the diagonal in navy blue. The oversized Flowers are made of silk all hand made and attached to the hat with intricate stitches. The bottom flowers are pink to add contrast. Marc Bohan was the head designer and studied millinery in school. The crown measures 8 inches excellent condition
