Contrasting black and white chattily lace makes quite the statement especially when it sequined over the lace. The dress was imported by Robinson’s a department store in Los Angeles from Victoria Royal. Victoria Royal was an excellent dress maker known for it’s beadwork located in the British Colony of Hong Kong. Many times the gowns were shipped unfinished so the department store could custom fit it. Low rounded neckline with the scalloped edge of the lace fitted sleeves with a flared cuff achieved by stiffened tulle. Empire waistline with black velvet bow accentuate the straight skirt. Lined in silk zippers up the back for closure. Measures shoulders 14, sleeves 22, armhole 7, bust 34, waist 26, hips 38 and length is 39 excellent condition maybe worn once
