Incredible evening gown by American designer Oscar de La Renta has an illusion  top with black Chantilly lace and underneath the breast area to the hips ,it is all accordion pleated in silk chiffon. The skirt is silk velvet and has a slight mermaid tail  at the end. Oscar de La Renta apprenticed under balenciaga as you can see in this dress. The back has elongated peek a boo, zips up the back to abt the shoulder blade. Excellent condition. Measures: shoulders 14in, armhole 7in, sleeves 21, bust 36in, waist 26in, hips 38in, length 60in.
