Description : Oversized sweetheart collar that wraps around the back and front. Ruched sleeves, down to a pencil skirt with four pleats in the front. Zips up the back. Fabric is very textured like a woven matte finish. Shoulders 14in, sleeves 15in, armhole 7in, bust 36in, waist 26in, hips 38in, length 35in. Excellent condition
