Beautifully printed velvet jacket made by Arnold Scassi,  Canadian born American designer. Non fitted in style , four button closure, wide lapel, domain style sleeves, longated in design. Measures: shoulders 15in. Sleeves 24in, armhole 9in, bust 36in, waist 27hips 44in , length 35in. In excellent condition.
