This hat made by the famous milliner Phillip Tracy has a 1915 feel to it. Often designers go into the past for inspiration. The hat is all hand blocked and meticulously sewn. The feathers are out on one at a time to make sure they go in a  specific pattern. Phillip Tracy has royal commissions from Princess Catherine, Queen consort camila and Queen Elizabeth. Most hats seen at ascot are probably done by Phillip Tracy. Excellent condition maybe worn once. Size is about a 7.5.
