Ceil Chapman was an American Designer based in New York known for her fabrics especially silk chiffon and satin. Gown of silk chiffon in a floral bouquet pattern on cream base. The bodice is sleeveless with a criss cross pattern which is pleated  to a straight skirt. The  back is pleated as well and has a piece of the fabric that is separate from dress sewn at the waist and at the hem which flows like a tail when you walk and dance. Measures as follows Shoulders 14, Armhole 7, Bust 36, Waist 27, Hips 38, Length 41 is in good condition ut there slight stain under the arm and needs the armpit cut down due to staining .
