1970's Julie Miller Black Maxi Dress with White Ruffles

The laugh In Days ruffles were every where. This maxi dress was designed by Julie Miller a Los Angeles based designer. The dress is black polyester with a triangular empire waist giving it fullness. Arms are fitted. The skirt is full and weighted perfect for dancing. The pleated white ruffles are trimmed with a black ribbon. The collar is sewn  in tiers to add body. Measures as follows Shoulders 15, Sleeves 24, Armhole 8,/Bust 36, Waist 29, Hips 40, Length 57 Excellent condition
