Basler started in 1936 in Berlin. Always made jackets and coats for women. The print of this jacket is leopard with floral highlights having a quilt effect. Wide shawl collar  and straight sleeves are the common designs for a jacket with 3 buttons closure. The buttons are fabric covered. Pockets are faux and can’t be used. Measures as follows Shoulders 14, Sleeves 23, Armhole 7, Waist 24, Hips 38 Length 29 Excellent condition
