2000’s Black Polyester Lace Cocktail Dress Size 6

Jill Stuart grew up in the fashion world. Her parents owned a company on 7th Ave. she went to RISD and started her own company in 1993. Like most designers she looks to the past for inspiration. This dress definitely has a Mid 1960s vibe. With its slight empire waist with a satin bow and see through sleeves  are all characteristics of the 60s era. The skirt flairs out slightly. Zips up the back for closure. Measures as follows Shoulders 15, Sleeves 24, Armhole 8, Bust 36, Hips up to 38, Length 35 Excellent condition  the dress label says 4 put the dress does measure 6 measurements
