Monica Of Paris was started in 2007, known for its whimsical prints of exotic locations in bright colors. This skirt made of cotton has large butterflies and hibiscus flowers in bright pinks and corals. There is also palm trees and sailboats. The print is embellished with sequins in pinks and greens. Designed to be worn at the hip. There is an under layer  of cotton that has a taupe stiff net trim. The trim is supposed to show. Measures as follows Hips 40, Length 34. There is no waist measurement because the skirt is supposed to sit on the hips.
